Nasdaq-listed BNC, formerly known as VAPE, has announced a $160 million purchase of 200K $BNB, making it the largest corporate holder of $BNB worldwide.

The acquisition was backed by a $500 million private placement led by 10X Capital and YZi Labs.
BNC plans to keep increasing its $BNB holdings, with the potential to invest up to $1.25 billion through its warrant structure.
