Overcoming Ethereum Scalability Bottlenecks
Nibiru Chain, as an innovative smart contract ecosystem, recently launched its latest v2 version of the Nibiru EVM, which is an efficient Ethereum Virtual Machine execution environment.
Nibiru's goal is to break through Ethereum's current limit of approximately 20 transactions per second (TPS). This limitation often leads to skyrocketing transaction fees during network congestion, hindering developers from building high-performance applications similar to Web2 levels. Nibiru EVM effectively overcomes these limitations by providing processing capabilities of over 10,000 TPS, even under single-threaded execution.
The project plans to upgrade the network by the end of 2024, introducing parallel optimistic execution to handle transactions. This will enable network nodes to fully utilize additional hardware resources, further enhancing overall transaction processing capacity.
