Dialogue between StepN & Find Satoshi Lab co-founder Yawn; ABGA Executive President Kevin Shao

Yawn shared his experience from creativity to project implementation. He mentioned that the generation and refinement of ideas is the crucial first step, requiring constant thought and validation. During the productization process, attention must be paid to issues such as development speed and user understanding difficulty. He also listed three major categories of challenges: product, management, and market, emphasizing the importance of designing the Token economic model, as well as how to maintain user attention through community management and marketing.

For Web2 game practitioners entering the Web3 space, Yawn suggests respecting community opinions, valuing early incentives, balancing development and promotion speed, and paying attention to network security.

Kevin believes that the empowerment of blockchain in the gaming industry mainly manifests in the convenience of financing and community operations. Yawn, on the other hand, mentioned aspects such as incentive mechanisms, distribution mechanisms, liquidity, and model innovation.

When discussing the business models of blockchain games, Kevin emphasized the importance of balancing the economic system and the opportunities that the inscription market brings to the Bitcoin ecosystem. Yawn shared project management experiences using StepN and Gas Hero as examples, including how to manage user confidence, build a community, and design innovative game mechanics.

The two mentors also exchanged views on the current investment market situation and advice for entrepreneurs. Kevin believes that the market is currently in a rebound phase, making it a good time for project planning. Yawn emphasized the importance of KOL investment and how to stand out in the attention market.

Both mentors maintain an optimistic attitude towards the future development of Web3 games. Kevin believes that gaming is still the most likely track to bring in a large number of users for Web3.
