After receiving the Wells notice from the U.S. SEC, Immutable responded that IMXToken is not a security.
Golden Finance reported that Block chain game company Immutable has received a Wells notice from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), accusing it of possible violations of securities laws. Immutable responded that IMXToken does not fall into the category of securities, and questioned the SEC's practice of "enforcement instead of regulation". Immutable called for the establishment of a clear regulatory framework.
